- Details you give us through our contact form or by email: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in and your message.
- Technical data collected automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.
- Cookie data, as described in section 8.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss how we could help.
- To provide our consultancy services if you become a client.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
- With your consent, to understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
4. Our lawful basis
We rely on our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and run our business, on contract where we provide services to you, on legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records, and on your consent for analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the website and our business, such as our website hosting and form provider and our email provider, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet legal and accounting requirements, usually six years.

We store your data securely in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and limit access to people who need it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
